Since 2005, osha (fka Jenna Norwood), a certified health coach and fresh (raw) chef, has dedicated her life to learning and sharing about the benefits of nature’s bounty, as well as general health, happiness and sustainability, via her feature documentary film, “Supercharge Me! 30 Days Raw,” video show, TEDx talk, "Why Do We Eat Animals?", film festivals, community and college speaking engagements, international media outreach and food prep classes, in-person and online, as well as coaching and consulting.
She's currently preparing to launch a beneficial, 24/7, live web show, "The osha Showsha," with a wide variety of content related to health, happiness and sustainability.
And she provides one-on-one, and group, coaching sessions, on a sliding scale, as well as public relations consulting services for businesses intent upon making a positive impact on our world.
A former multinational public relations consultant, with a Washington, D.C. office, osha holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a concentration in Public Relations, and a minor in Education and Personnel Counseling.
